Step 1: Go to Geoportal
Go to mapy.geoportal.gov.pl and focus on the location you're interested in.
Step 2: Make sure that Digital Surface Model or Digital Terrain Model is selected
Step 3: Left-click on tile
Step 4: Download ASC file
